A sump pump that's undersized, aging, or missing a battery backup is a flood waiting for the next power outage or heavy storm.

Four commitments that separate a properly trained sump pump installation crew from a generalist showing up with a truck and a hope.
Technicians calculate gallons-per-minute inflow before recommending a specific pump model.
Trucks carry commonly needed pump models and basin liners in stock, so failed units can often be replaced on the first visit.
No upsell pressure toward the most expensive pump on the truck — we recommend based on your actual pit conditions.
We install backup systems that activate automatically the instant the primary loses power or falls behind.
We don't run a one-size-fits-all playbook — every sump pump installation job starts from these core service components, adapted to what your property actually needs.
Installation includes a sealed basin lid, check valve, and discharge line routed well away from the foundation. Pit liners are set in washed gravel for stable, long-term seating.
We size the backup to match your primary's capacity, not a mismatched unit that can't keep pace during a real event.
We evaluate your water pressure and local code before recommending this over a battery-based alternative.
In colder months, lines are checked for freeze-prone routing and fitted with a freeze-guard where needed.
Smart monitoring add-ons send alerts to your phone, useful for basements you don't check daily.
Here's the path from your call to a fully installed and load-tested pump.
Tell dispatch whether this is new installation, a failed pump, or a backup upgrade, and the right equipment gets loaded before the truck leaves.
Technicians confirm your pit size and discharge routing before recommending a specific model.
Pricing is itemized — pump, basin work, discharge routing, backup if selected — all in writing before installation.
Every installation is tested under load before the technician leaves, confirming the float switch activates and the pump clears water at the expected rate.
